Found footage Bigfoot Film “Pursuit” is Streaming Success

Tom Biscardi’s Bigfoot award-winning documentaries have always been best sellers, with his Bigfoot Lives series setting sales records. Following the production of eight films, Biscardi took his first foray into dramatic found footage, creating the smash, Pursuit:The Search for Bigfoot. The well-received movie achieved cult-status during its DVD release, with copies of the film now garnering $100 and more.

Now, Pursuit: The Search for Bigfoot is finding the same success through streaming, achieving play on the most popular platforms, including Amazon, AppleTV, Fandango, Google Play and You Tube.

“It is a testament to the continuing broad interest in all-things-Bigfoot,” says producer-director Biscardi. “For fifty-plus years I have been a part of bringing Bigfoot to people around the world through research, expeditions, presentations and documentaries. Now I am bringing Bigfoot to more people through a one-of-a-kind project that combines real Bigfoot sighting locations with the well-liked found footage genre.”

Pursuit: The Search for Bigfoot follows two ambitious young filmmakers as they unearth a journal containing detailed accounts of Bigfoot sightings across the U.S., and use it as road map to uncovering the truth the mysterious creature. They disappear before their search ends, but their tapes remain to tell the story.

A remastered Pursuit: The Search for Bigfoot Blu-ray and DVD featuring new content from Biscardi, will be available in a limited edition in 2025.
